Friday Post 468

 Good afternoon!  Firstly, today I've  been hard @ work plodding 2686 steps (ha, I'm over 2.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Why You Have A Body'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'God  Has Not Forsaken You'; fourthly, Our Daily  Bread's devotional topic's 'Peoople Of Refuge'; fifthly, the final, final spam count for the weekend's actually nine and sixthly, the spam count for the week's eleven. Anyways, events for today?

• Yay, 4th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Note that last night I'd prayed fervently to God, asking Him please DON'T send the noisy garbage truck THUNDERING down our road tipping bins until AFTER the Sun has risen sufficiently for me to see the time from the clock on the wall but God goes screw you and deliberately sends the garbage truck THUNDERING down before the Sun has risen!! >< Well, screw You  back God; I just counted  myself back to sleep without incident. Not trying to win God, that's impossible. just said  I wouldn't let God win.
• Meaning nature didn't really call again until 6:50am and after  one pot :P trip I immediately fell back asleep again since I knew PIG mum would get super-noisy one hour later!
• Like clockwork, noisy PIG mum going a-THUMPING around upstairs one hour later wakes me for another pot :P trip, after which I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
• PIG mum lets herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo before letting Peggy inside @ 8am. Peggy knocks, pushes open the door, announces "Good morning!" and then adds "Fifteen more minutes?" I flap one of Pijum's ears @ her and she wisely removes herself. XD
• When she comes back, I use the pot :P for one more tinkle and we get me kitted, before I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth. Thanks to Peggy who's squirted some toothpaste for me. Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for one tinkle, wash and dry Era and then head out to the gobbling :P table with Peggy, rousing @ her for not eating breakfast AGAIN.
• Breakfast is half a bowl oof plain porridge with one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast lightly spread with avocado and equally lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
• After breakfast, I sit once more over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
• After washing and drying Era,  I climb into the passenger seat of Karina's car. Thanks to her who helps me buckle my seatbelt before she tootles  me off  to the NAB where I've got physio  for two hours.
• Physio today: Forty sit-to-stands with left and forward weightshift,  reaching for Era,  barefoot weight bearing for Elf and hiked once around the Great Court!
• After I sat over the loo for two more tinkles, Peggy tootled me home and I took a nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Peggy who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.
• Dried, creamed and rekitted, Peggy made me one delicious tuna in tomato and  onion with TWO cheese and HEAVILY buttered on ane side and/or inside plus  one big mug of white tea with two sugars! :D
• When the parents got home dad  immediately signed her off and shooed her away, four minutes early. I'll not see her for three Fridays now coz she's taking annual leave!
• Tiff and the student Felicity gave Ela one hour of unfunctional hand exercises. Next Friday we're making pizzas!
• Once I've used up my most important two hours of the day I'll head over to the gobbling :P table and asking PIG mum for some arvo tea.
• Looking forward to watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 123RD time
• Toms: Nisha's minding me from 10-2. Will enjoy my once-weekly sleep-in before going out with her to (presumably) Calamvale Central to buy one box of tissues and a sushi roll for arvo tea then coming home for a shower since I don't get 4-6pm support anymore.
• Must remember to ask dad tonight is there any table tennis toms @ church.
• Looking forward to my three big mugs of white tea and fingers crossed I can read for THREE hours toms!
• I may even get to watch the 6pm news for the 124TH time!
• Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing weekend ahead!
