Wednesday Post 469

 Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total from last night's actually 2860; secondly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1621 steps (ha, I'm over 1.5 grand XD); thirdly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'Ruler Of All Nature'; fourthly, TWFT topic's 'The  Secret Of Self-Control and fifthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional'Good Trouble For God' but sixthly and  way mosat importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOOUR and FIFTY-FIVE MINUTES online after I get home tonight!! So hopefully bbl briefly with last night's and today's events, else hope everyone's having a smashing qeek!
