Monday Post 326d

 Good afternoon again and potentially one final greeting for today! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 1021. Ha, I'm just over one grand. XD Righteo, potential final, final events for today?

• Whe Kim arrived, PIG mum let her inside and then when David arrived, Kim let him in.
• Truth be told, I'm rather pissed that this year I resumed blasted physio on the 4th; last year I didn't start again until the 6th! What happens if next year PIG mum tries to make me start on the 2nd? >< *sigh*
• Physio today: ergonomics workshop, posture exercises, ten minutes treadmill walking 0.8km/hr, fifty sit-to-stands, hand stretching and twenty bridges.
• Took a nice warm shower after David left - I washed and rinsed my own hair today. I also sang 18% of my shorter second-favourite song softly, slowly but most hatefully out aloud, opening both eyes for all the important numbers.
• After I flipped the nice warm water off I mostly dried myself (thanks to Kim who kindly helped me dry my back, both legs and Era), mostly creamed myself (again, thanks to Kim who kindly helped with my back, both calves and Era and mostly rekitted myself (thanks to Kim who kindly helped with Erf's sock, Elf's AFO and both laces). Then I used the loo for one tinkle, dried inside both ears, washed and dried Era and then walked myself slowly and safely back out to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. 
• Arvo tea was some delicious mango and one small mug of Chinese tea. Happiness was reading for thirty-five minutes; hopefully I can read for another twenty-five tonight~ Oh, and I reached pg. 300 @ 4:36pm!
• Before Kim left, I walked myself slowly and safely to the loo for two tinkles and back online, again rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. Kim's backn10am till 2pm this Friday, I think.
• The parents have just gone on walkies together ... fingers crossed I can watch Nine's 6pm bulletin for the third time this year!
• Toms: I'm not sure! Fingers crossed PIG mum hasn't lined up any new therapy for me yet ... hopefully I'm going out else expect a pissy plodding total from me.
• Righteo, hopefully bbl after dinner, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
