Tuesday Post 290b

Heylo again, good afternoon and please excuse the first post; you know I get too excited whenever I get the chance to post before midday. XD Firstly, today I've been hard 2 work plodding 2461 steps (and I'm certain I'll have passed two point five grand before the nihjy's out XD) and secondly, TWFT topic's 'Start Thanking God For It' but thirdly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR and TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES online after Tina leaves @ 6pm!! Anyways, just briefly, events  for today?

• For my first game of Bejeweled ending @ 4:19, I lasted 6:14. Now, lemme play one more game lasting in between five and six minutes, and I promi`se to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
• Woo hoo, 8th consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 7:15am~
• Did the sit-to-stand part and the fruit eating part of my HEP before penning a quick letter to Nana!
• Now @ 4:32pm I've finished one more game of Bejeweled lasting 5:57. That's today's quotassatisfied, and now I promise to willing hit the sack tonight. XD
• Saw Vincent for a torture session. Physio today: stood entire session, bent twenty-four times to ground for Ela to touch object, reaching for both hands, weightshifting, leaning forward and standing for forty seconds only on Erf's tippytoes.
• Went to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown and did the walking part of my HEP, then had lunch @ the Coffee Club!
