Saturday Post 329

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1907 steps (so will have cracked two grand before the day's out, I'm certain XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic's 'Jesus Will Trample All Our Enemies' and thirdly, TWFT topic's 'God Is Only A Prayer Away'. Anyways, events for today?

  • Yay, awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:10am and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • Arouns 7:20am PIG mum comes to hit me with the eye goo before leaving for her half day's work. I use the pot :P again before spending another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • Then I happily snored until Neesha arrived, waking twice more for the pot :P during my weekly sleep-in. When she arrived, dad gave me fifteen more minutes but when Neesha came back thirty seconds too early, Uber imperiously waved her away. XD
  • When she comes back, we get me kitted and then I head over to brush teeth. Ela enjoys her last break for this week from having to hold the toothbrush~
  • After drinking one mug of water, I sit over the loo. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and spend minutes finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

  • After washing and drying Era, I head out to the gobbling :P table for breakfast. Thanks to dad who cooked yummy ham and eggs and thanks to Neesha for cooking the bread yummy with butter and adding one slice of cheese foor me. I enjoy my first mug of white tea and start reading Perky's Wallaby Stew for thirty minutes!

  • Before going too Underwood Park for my thirty minute hike, I used the loo for one tinkle.

  • Yay that it's almost Spring; the Sun was lovely and warm today~ Neesha set the timer for fifteen minutes and I walked; when the timer sounded I turned around and walked back the way I came.

  • Back home, I headed into the bathroom for my nice hot shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Neesha who helped me rinse my hair out, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

  • Dried, creamed and rekitted lunch was the rice with lotsa vegetables and some meat and lotsa vegetables that dad had cooked for me this morning, plus not one but two big mugs of white tea, since it's only Saturdays now that I get three mugs of white tea.

  • Before Neesha left I went once more to the loo for two tinkles. She's back Tuesday 5:30pm and taking me to our belated Toastmasters changeover function party @ the pub! She says she's free to take me out later; fingers crossed she can!!!

  • Once I've used up my most important two hours of the day online, I'll ask dad will he gimme my charsiu bun he brought back for me, use the looi andd try read for two hours and five minutes straight!

  • Toms: just church, nothing special. Oh, reminder to self: gotta do Bible study homework tonight!

  • Anyways, hopefully bbl else looking forward to seeing everyone @ church toms!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
