Thursday Post 278

Good evening! Firstly, my final, final plodding total for Wednesday actually stands @ 2361; secondly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2180 steps and thirdly, TWFT topic's 'A Prayer For Your Children' but fourthly and way most importantly, I'm still owed  online after dinner tonight!! Anyways, let's start off with last night's events first!
  • At 5:28pm, for my first game of Bejeweled, I lasted 6:28. Now, lemme play one more game lasting in between five and six minutes, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
  • Now @ 5:41pm I've finished another game of Bejeweled lasting 5:41. That's today's quotas satisfied, and I promise to willingly hit the sack tonight. XD
  • When Kim arrived around 4:30pm, I climbed into the Camry and she tootled me off for choir practice.
  • Huge thanks to Cathy who said I could take an extra cup of supper for dinner after I explained that I needed to watch Origin One! I took 1.5 donuts and was about to take half more when Kim said no, got me half a donut more and instead went to get me some crackers instead. Well presumably one cup equals one donut and Cathy said I could take two, meaning when Kim went to get me a few crackers I quickly stuffed half a donut more into my mouth. I was still chewing when Kim returned with the crackers; she glared @ me suspiciously but didn't say anything; obviously I wasn't gonna open my mouth and show her what was inside! XD
  • So she left about fifteen minutes early last night but for once I didn't really care coz Origin One was starting soon!
  • PIG mum couldn't find Bear Bear for me to watch the game with; Carnival kept me company instead! I snacked on the mac and cheese chips I bought and started with Sarah two nights ago, but dad sat beside me and liked them so much he ate them all! XD
  • At halftime we were down eight nil; I used the loo for one tinkle and hoped we'd catch up because the team that wins the first Origin has like a 75% chance of winning the third!
  • QUEENSLAND WON!!! :D Final score 18-14; dad was so happy he tossed Carnival too high and my poor teddy bumped his head, but I put him into the massage chair to rest and he's fine. XD
  • One more tinkle, noted down final, final plodding total, finished HEP and hit the sack. Zzz~
  • Today: yay, 4th consecutive awesome sleep! Technically I woke later holidaying in Melbourne but the 7:50am wake was the best I've managed @ home this year!
  • After one pot :P trip, I started a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • Kim arrived five minutes early; when PIG mum let her in she knocked on my bedroom door, opened it and said, "Hi Em. Two more minutes?" Huh, Daddy Bear's awaiting a wash but dearest dad brought Shirley the sheep to keep me company; we were so offended I didn't even voice our protest and pointed Shirley's sheep bum @ her! Kim just smirked then wordlessly left me for fifteen more minutes. XD
  • When she came back, we got me kitted then I went next door to brush teeth. Ela enjoyed her first break this week.
  • Teeth brushed, I sit over the loo for two tinkles, also leaning fully against the side rail and
continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • After washing and drying Era, I walk myself slowly and safely out to the gobbling :P table,
rising above His near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
  • Breakfast was one bowl of plain porridge, one slice of dry (unbuttered) toast, one full mug of water, all my usual drugs :P and one small half cup of milk. Thanks to Kim who got me a spoon and turned on Sunrise for my viewing pleasure; over breakfast
I spent another ten minutes finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!
  • Around 9am, I got into the Camry and Kim tootled me off for my fortnightly shopping trip @ Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown!
  • After finding parking outside the library, I used the loo once then grabbed the Kylie Chan novel I've been reading @ home. Only while I was flipping to the page I was up to, Kim suddenly returns bearing Matthew Reilly's newest novel! "Weren't you reading this?" She asked. Sure!
  • While reading, I reached page seventy-five @ 9:55am, reached pg. 100 @ 10:18am, reached pg. 111 @ 10:32am and reached pg. 125 @ 10:47am. Unfortunately I think I also suffered from a lil lbl but luckily I was wearing grey knickers and I don't think Kim noticed, phew.
  • After one loo trip, we started shopping. While walking into Woolies I saw Caitlin and called out good morning to her; when we entered the store, she came to greet us! I happily showed her my Maroons jersey and asked did she watch the game but she said her vestibular headaches had been playing up on her and she'd had to rest so missed the match. In fact, she'd just been sent on a break! "Oh, don't lemme keep you, then," I say, "Just point me in the direction of the Courier Mail; I'm sure you sell them in-store, correct?" Caitlin replied just hang tight and I'll grab one for you!
  • Groceries from Woolies bought, we caught the lift up and continued shopping @ Coles before sitting down for - bbl!
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
