Tuesday Post 450

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 1636 steps (ha, I'm over 1.5 grand XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's 'Only A Little While'; thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Meditate - Percolate (3) and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The God Who Redeems'. Anyways, events for today?

  • Yay, 2nd consecutive awesome sleep last night! Nature didn't call until 6:20am, and after one pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*

  • Usually nature calls hourly after that first pot :P trip but happiness was sleeping soundly until dearest dad very thoughtfully walked silently along the hallway and unpopped the lock into the garage before waking again for another pot :P trip.

  • After dearest dad kissed me goodbye, pretended to suck Pearl's SEVEN pearls, laughed when Pearl bodyslammed him for the cheek, retucked me back into bed and left for his hard day's work, Pearl and I happily cuddled and snored, me waking once more for the pot :P before noisy PIG mum began her daily a-THUMPING around upstairs. Soon, she's let herself into my room to hit me with the eye goo and gimme fifteen more minutes. I ask her doesn't Hannah do that? PIG mum replies since your session of physio's @ 10am and not 11am, you need to get dressed and go brush teeth the moment Hannah arrives. Fine by me, since it meant I got a lil more help than usual with getting up this morning but know I'll not get that extra help toms morning.

  • Once Hannah arrived I went and brushed teeth, sat over the loo for just one tinkle and headed out to the gobbling :P table for breakfast.

  • Breakfast was three yummy Weet-Bix with one tiny smear ofhoney, one slice of toast very lightly spread with avocado and equally lightly sprinkled with salt, all my usual drugs :P and one full mug of water. Over breakfast, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

  • After breakfast, I walked myself slowly and safely to the gobbling :P table, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God’s near-overwhelming hatred and not letting him push me over. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

  • After washing and drying Era, I climb into Hannah's Tank and buckle my seatbelt. Hannah tootles me off for my first session of physio of the year @ Breathe with Jacky. Yay that she finds a free park on the fourth parking spot, meaning she doesn't haveta take the disabled spot @ the end and I don't haveta hike the entire complex.

  • Physio today: 1.84km bike ride,  clamming, 36 sit-to-stands holding onto calisthenics rings,  36 shoulder press for each arm and 36 bicep curls for each arm. Happiness was seeing and petting Connor; I learnt that he goes home with Winnie every night~

  • Our other stop was Calamvale Central. Pity none of the disabled parking spots were available, but Hannah got the closest free one.

  • Our first stop was to the Mega Discount Fruit Market to buy nashi pears.

  • We then ducked into Woolies to buy more groceries; Hannah bought herself a new shaver.

  • Our last stop was the Calamvale Central Bakery, where I bought my weekly crackling pork bahn mi. The young girl took my order and I couldn't see Uncle Michael around; a little while later, he appeared from the side, saw me and immediately lifted his arm in greeting, calling, "Hi!" When he wandered over for a chat, I asked him, "You Vietnamese, I Chinese (actually I'm Cantonese but same diff, yeah?); do Vietnamese celebrate Chinese New Year too?" Uncle Michael nods, explaining that Vietnamese are Chinese too; I never knew that!

  • Back home, I take a nice warm shower - hairwash today. Also thanks to Hannah who rinses out my hair for me, thus freeing Era to hold my stupid right eye tightly shut.

  • I have one tinkle before I flip the nice warm water off, get dried, get creamed and have another tinkle. When Hannah rekits me, I have one more tinkle when she's helping with Erf's sock and one last when she's giving Wally back to Ela.

  • Back outside @ the gobbling :P table, lunch is my yummy pork salad roll and one delicious mug of Chinese tea. Hannah already ate her three sushi rolls for lunch while I was showering; she just sat and typed @ her smartphone until 2pm when I signed her off with my thanks and byes. She's back same time next Tuesday.

  • After I finished lunch I used the loo for one tinkle and plopped online.

  • Once I've used up my most important two hours of the day I'll head over to the gobbling :P table and read for one hour.

  • Looking forward to watching the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 7th time!
Toms: PIG mum'll help me up since I'm seeing Ray for some massage and acupuncture; bet she's simply DYING to yap unceasingly @ him. XD

  • Hopefully she'll take me grocery shopping and aisle walking later, else expect a super-pissy plodding total from me.

  • Annette's minding me from 4-6pm.

  • Hoping I can watch the 6pm bulletin for the 8th time!

  • Anyways, hopefully bbl, else wishing everyone a smashing day toms!
