Saturday Post 450

Good afternoon! Firstly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 2961 (so certain I'll have cracked three grand before the day's out XD); secondly, John Piper's daily devotional topic from last night's "God's Will Is That You Draw Near' thirdly, TWFT topic's 'Are You Critical Of Others'? and fourthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'Who Are You, Lord?' but fifthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news bulletin (Nine's) for the 5th time!! Anyways, events for today?

  • Nature called once @ 12:05am; I used the pot :P once more @ 6:20am when noisy PIG mum began her daily noisy a-THUMPING around upstairs and after one pot :P trip I fell back asleep immediately because I knew for sure she'd get very noisy again one hour later!
  • Like clockwork, exactly one hour later noisy PIG mum goes a-THUMPING upstairs and gets changed for her half-day's work; that's my wakeup call to use the pot :P once again. After that third pot :P trip, I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • Just before 7:30am PIG mum rushes into my room and hurriedly hits me with the eye goo before bolting off for her ha;f-day's work; once she's gone , I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*

  • After dearest dad's retucked me back into bed, says he'll leave me some rice leftovers for Nisha to reheat for me for lunch and promises to stay quiet so that I can snore in peace, I enjoy my once-weekly sleep-in till 10am, waking for the pot :P twice more before Nisha announces her arrival.
  • Lol she gives me my fifteen more minutes as usual but while counting down from 900 I accidentally fall back asleep for five minutes! Suddenly jerking awake I look @ the clock and see I've only got five minutes left so count down from 300 instead. Actually, Nisha enters my room with "Ready?" when I have twenty seconds left but luckily she doesn't push me to get up; rather, she returns outside to get my glasses for me while I count down my last twenty seconds before swinging myself over to the pot :P for two more tinkles.
  • We get me kitted, I head over to the bathroom and brush teeth, drink one mug of water and then sit over the loo proper. There, I do a stinky unspeakable, also leaning fully against the side rail and finishing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel. Remember, however the cruel and unfaithful God tries to make my day bad for me, I won't let that affect me because my good day has NOTHING to do with Him; I'm perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him. See, my good day's dependent on my own good attitude!

  • After washing and drying Era, I head outside to the gobbling :P table for breakfast. Thanks to dearest dad who's cooked his weekly ham and eggs and thanks to Nisha who adds one slice of cheese for me and tries to cook the bread yummy (crunchy with butter), even though she's not very good @ it. Over breakfast, I happily read for thirty minutes.

 Cheers,
Em. ^^
