Saturday Post 465

Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's final, final plodding total from last night's actually 3217; secondly, today I've been hard @ work plodding 4100 steps (sweet I'm over four grand; that doesn't happen very often! Just alas that I was actually still owed TWENTY-SEVEN MINUTES); thirdly, John Piper's devotional topic from last night's 'The Key To Radical Love'; fourthly, TWFT topic's 'Setting Captives Free (2)' and fifthly, Our Daily Bread's devotional topic's 'The Power Of Forgiveness' but sixthly and way most importantly, I'm really still owed THIRTY-EIGHT MINUTES online after I watch the 6pm news (Seven's) for the 65TH time!! Righteo, let's start off with last night's events first!

  • After watching the 6pm bulletin for the 64TH time, I used the loo for one tinkle, wolfed the usual dinner quickly down, took my bowl over to the sink and was seated on the couch come 7:30! Unsure why dad wouldn't lemme put the footrest up until kickoff but hey. I'm so talented I can slouch without it. XD
  • The moment kickoff started I put the footrest up, then sat back and enjoyed the game!
  • Woo hoo the Broncos had a sixteen-point advantage @ the break; I quickly used the loo for one tinkle and then sat watching the halftime show.
  • Well, the Eels prevented the Broncos from scoring anymore points during the second half while they scored some themselves but it wasn't enough: the Broncos still won. XD Hence why I watched Friday night Knockoff before getting myself off to bed. Zzz~
  • Today: yay, 7th consecutive awesome sleep last night; that's the 6th time this year I've enjoyed one straight week of consecutive awesome sleeps! :D Nature didn't call until noisy PIG mum's daily a-THUMPING around upstairs woke me; after one pot :P trip I immediately fell back asleep since I knew she'd get very noisy again exactly one hour later!
  • Like clockwork, noisy PIG mum a-THUMPING back upstairs and getting changed for her half-day's work my wakeup call to use the pot :P again, before I spend ten minutes beginning a mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me with the patience, perseverance, strength and endurance I need to get through today with, giving PIG mum all the pleasure, all the satisfaction and just suffering for her whenever she decided that only she can be happy and/or satisfied. It doesn't sound very fair, but she's taught me through her actions, if not through her words, that it's enough she's happy and/or satisfied, and I guess whenever that happens, I've just got to grit my teeth and endure. >< *sigh*
  • At 7:30am, PIG mum lets herself into my room and hits me with the eye goo before rushing off for her half-day's work. Once she's gone, I spent another ten minutes continuing my mostly silent chat to Percy the saint/angel, asking him please to help me get through today okay. I find it's exceedingly important to constantly remind the cruel and unfaithful God that He has no bearing  on  my good day whatsoever, that I am perfectly capable of having a good day without Him, despite Him and apart from Him, because my good day's dependent on my own good attitude. If only God would remember that ... *sigh* He created the phrase 'live and let live', so why the heck can't He lemme live the free, independent life that I deserve? Okay, fair enough, we all only deserve death because of Him, but why can't He just lemme live the life that nearly everyone else gets to live?? *sigh*
  • After dearest dad retucks me back into bed, pretends to suck Pearl's SEVEN pearls, laughs when Pearl body slams him for the cheek, says he'll leave me some rice leftovers for Tracey to reheat for my lunch and promises to stay quiet so that Pearl and I can snore in peace, we do exactly that, me waking twice more for the pot :P before ... Jacinta arrives, not Tracey?
    Cheers,
    Em. ^^
