Good evening again! Em's new plodding total for monday now stands @ 10039. Ha, D2 reckons i'm like a normal person today; his new report for tonight: 10039 steps also equals ninety-seven kcal or 4.39km. XD Anyways, continuing tonight's events?
-After physio, PIG mum took me once to the loo, then tootled us off to Woka Woka for lunch. While she drove, Era helped Ela stretch for fifteen minutes, before Ela opened and closed her palm 100 times, holding each for a count of five.
-At Garbo, I let PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me to walk down to the lower foodcourt. While she went to buy lunch for us, I caught up on the Bible chapters I haven't read following the plan yet.
-The day's set lunch didn't suit me, but luckily PIG mum's loyalty card was just up to the free meal, so she got us some chicken rice to share, plus one iced lemon tea; it's got real lemon!
-After lunch, I let PIG mum gleefully FORCE :( me to walk through Coles to buy some fish for tonight's dinner.
-Then, after heading upstairs for the loo once more, I went into Chi-Link to see shifu Lei for a comfy massage. Actually, he came for me when PIG mum was placing the fish back into the car/getting some clothes, and once I'd reached the bed, I gestured @ D2 and asked, "Qing ni bang wor..." (in English: please help me...) shifu lei was super-smart and immediately knew what I was saying, unpinning D2 and putting him aside. Well, my abysmal Mandarin skills only went that far, I didn't know how to say "take the pedometer off, please" in Chinese! XD
-So a comfy, if somewhat ouchy massage for me. Lol, the curtains separating each bed aren't very thick; sound travels through, and when both Lei shifu and I were stuck on some Chinese word that I didn't understand but he didn't know the Cantonese for, Ian translated for us, while massaging his patient next door! XD Also, I tried asking Lei shifu what 'cupping' was in Chinese, only he didn't know what I was getting at, so I smacked my lips together and made the sound! XD Lei goes, "Ahh!! Hmm ..." then he decided 'twas just called 'ahn mor', which just means 'massage' in Canto; I wonder if I ask on Facebook will someone be able to teach me?
-Afterwards, PIG mum took me once to the loo then tootled us home. I walked myself slowly and safely online, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.

-So a nice hot shower for me - I washed and rinsed my own hair today.
-I had one tinkle before flipping the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (Annette helped only with my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (Annette kindly helped with my back, Era and both calves) then mostly creamed myself (Anette helped only with Elf's AFO), before heading over to the loo for two tinkles then letting Annette Force me to walk out to the kitchen to prepare arvo tea.
-Thanks to PIG mum who'd gotten me one teriyaki chicken sushi roll, and thanks to Annette who gave me that little soya sauce fish to enjoy the sushi with. The mug of yummy rice green tea was my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-After cleaning the bathroom, Annette sat and massaged Ela for about forty minutes, painting her sth like light green with bright yellow spots today.
-Before leaving @ 6:01pm, Annette took me once more to the loo for two tinkles and helped me put a jumper on. She's back tomorrow, and taking me out to Toastmasters!
-I returned happily but briefly online; alas, PIG mum spoiled the fun by tumbling downstairs from pigland, immediately and gleefully forcing me offline then demanding I practise piano for her. I'll keep saying this, but I don't really mind, coz I've always loved playing piano, even after the cruel and unfaithful God so wantonly tore away my ability to play even semi-decently ... I wasn't half-bad, honest ... :o(
-Did she then gleefully force poor Ela on simply ages of stupid exercises for her? Maybe, but I've forgotten. XD
-It all culminated with the parents gleefully FORCING me to plod
