Heylo again, good evening and potentially one final greeting for tonight! Em's potential final, final plodding total for Monday now stands @ 4360; D2's potential final, final report for tonight: 4284 steps also equals 108kcal or 1.89m. XD Anyways, potential final, final events for tonight?
-When Annette announced her arrival @ 4:04pm, I walked myself slowly and safely to the front door and let her in, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over. Turns out she was late coz she'd been talking with Luke's speechie.
-So a nice hot shower for me - I washed and rinsed my own hair today.
-I had one tinkle before I flipped the nice hot water off, mostly dried myself (Annette helped only with my back and Era), mostly creamed myself (Annette kindly helped with my back, Era and both calves) and mostly rekitted myself (Annette helped only with Elf's AFO.) After side stepping so that Annette could tie my shoelaces for me, I went over to the loo for two tinkles. That done, I went over to wash and dry Era, I let Annette Force me to walk out to prepare arvo tea, my lunch leftovers. Thanks muchly to Annette who lemme drink white tea with one spoonful of honey; she said I'd been 'good' recently. XD That was my official mug for today to hold 'incorrectly'.
-After cleaning the bathroom, Annette made herself a cuppa also, then sat and massaged Ela for forty minutes, painting her something like orange with yellow spots today.
-Before leaving, Annette took me once more to the loo for two tinkles and helped me put a jacket on. Dunno when she's back, not till next Saturday, @ least!
-I returned happily online, taking myself slowly and safely to the loo once and back when nature suddenly called, rising above the cruel and unfaithful God's near-overwhelming hatred and not letting Him push me over.
-Toms: mid-morning UQ physio with ... Katie? Lol, I still haven't learnt her name yet! XD
-Aunty Deana will come mind me for about three hours while lucky PIG mum gets shouted out to lunch by Aunty Anne and Aunty Bingki.
-Then I'm off to Goodwill again to hopefully get my boot fixed ...
-Carol's coming to supervise my shower artound 4pm.
-And best of all, it's ice cream night toms night! Like I keep saying, a very little's better than none @ all! Righteo, hope everyone has a smashing day toms!
