Good afternoon! Firstly, today I’ve been hard @ work
plodding 1525 steps and secondly, TWFT topic’s “God says ‘Yes’” but thirdly and
way most importantly, I’m still owed ONE
HOUR and FORTY -FIVE
MINUTES online after I get back home from my weekly torture session with
Vincent the physio! So hopefully bbl with today’s events, else hope everyone
