Firstly, Em's new plodding total for Friday now stands @ 6226 (ha, Digi reckons I'm more than half a normal person today XD and also that 6226 steps also equals 1.85km or 95.7kcal XD) snd secondly, Joni's devotional topic's Precious Jewels'.
