Good afternoon! Firstly, Em's been hard @ work plodding 1699 steps today (which Digi proudly reports as also equaling 500m or 25.9kcal XD) and secondly, TWFT topic's 'Growing in Faith' but thirdly and most importantly, I'm still owed ONE HOUR and FORTY-ONE MINUTES online after Carol leaves @ 6pm!!! Bt just noting down that today I saw Vincent the bloody physio for another torture session, Aunty mecky came and minded me for three hours then I saw Aunty Anna for a high-class mushroom haircut XD and toms I've prolly got a massage happening late morning, but it's also my fortnightly Garbo trip with Annette, yay! So fingers crossed I can bbl tonight, else hope everyone's having a smashing week!
